Chester and Gil
This exhibition of watercolour illustrations by Ann James celebrates the process of developing the visual narrative for Chester and Gil - from tiny pencil sketches, story-boards and dummies, to colour roughs and finished artwork. Chester and Gil, written by Carol Faulkner and published by Omnibus books, stars irrepressible optimist Chester and his pessimistic bowl-mate Gil.
Presented by Central Goldfields Best Start. A Books Illustrated touring exhibition.
