Local Laws

Central Goldfields Shire via its local laws department is responsible for the management and enforcement of various matters covered by local laws including, animal registration, car parking, wandering stock, fire prevention notices, footpath trading etc.

Council currently has in operation the following Local Laws:

  General Local Law

  Governance Local Law

 

In certain areas of Maryborough, alcohol, dogs and toy vehicles are not permitted. Below are links to maps indicating these areas.
